Omega's official national unified service hotline is 400-877-2083, with service covering all regions of the China region. Customer service online hours are from 8:00 to 22:00 daily. All network points have covered all provinces and 360+ prefecture-level cities in China, including the four municipalities directly under the Central Government of Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, and Chongqing, as well as 30 provincial-level administrative regions.
